2. What is Odoo Direct Print?

Odoo Direct Print is a mobile application that connects your Android device to your Odoo server to automatically process and print receipt jobs on network thermal printers. The App runs as a background service on your device.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide

When you use Odoo Direct Print, you manually enter the following information in the App:

Odoo Server URL: The web address of your Odoo instance
Database Name: Your Odoo database identifier
API Token: Authentication credential to access your Odoo server

3.2 Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we don't collect:

Creyox Technologies does not have access to:

Your Odoo server credentials
Your Odoo data
Your print jobs
Any information you enter in the App

5.3 Data Security

Your credentials are protected by:

Android's built-in app sandboxing
Secure SharedPreferences storage
HTTPS encryption when communicating with your Odoo server (if your server uses HTTPS)

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your information to any third parties.

The App communicates only with:

Your Odoo server (as configured by you)
Your network printers (via local network)

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

7. Data Retention

Your credentials remain stored on your device until:

You log out of the App (credentials are deleted)
You uninstall the App (all data is automatically removed)
You manually clear the App's data through Android Settings

Creyox Technologies does not retain any of your data on our servers because we never receive it in the first place.

8. Your Rights and Control

You have complete control over your data:

Access: Your credentials are stored on your device and can be viewed in the App
Modify: You can change your credentials anytime via the login screen
Delete: Use the "Log Out" button to delete all stored credentials
Complete Removal: Uninstall the App to remove all data

9. Children's Privacy

Odoo Direct Print is a business utility application intended for use by businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Permissions Used

The App requests the following Android permissions:

INTERNET: Required to communicate with your Odoo server and network printers
FOREGROUND_SERVICE: Required to run the print service in the background
WAKE_LOCK: Required to keep the service running when the screen is off
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: Required to check network connectivity

We do not request permissions for:
